DIGITAL EVENT ACCESS

This purchase is for a digital ticket granting access to a live online event hosted by THE OS.

No physical product will be shipped or delivered.

Following purchase, customers will receive access to the event information file containing event details, joining instructions, and the private event access link.

LIVE EVENT ONLY

This event is delivered live online and is intended to be attended at the scheduled date and time.

No replay, recording, or on-demand access is included with the purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Please ensure you are available to attend before purchasing.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to event materials, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, transfers, credits, or cancellations will be provided for:

• Missed attendance• Scheduling conflicts• Change of mind• Failure to read event details• Internet or technical issues on the attendee's side• Failure to join during the live event

Refunds will only be considered if THE OS cancels the event and does not reschedule it.

EVENT ACCESS

Each ticket is intended for individual use.

THE OS reserves the right to refuse access or remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or detrimental to the experience of other attendees.

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

GUEST SPEAKERS & PROGRAMME CHANGES

Any guests, speakers, hosts, contributors, topics, schedules, programme details, or advertised content are subject to change without notice.

While THE OS makes every reasonable effort to present advertised guests and content, the appearance of any particular guest, speaker, host, or contributor is not guaranteed and does not form part of the ticket purchase agreement.

THE OS reserves the right to modify, substitute, add, remove, replace, reschedule, or cancel guests, speakers, hosts, topics, schedules, formats, or programme content at any time before or during the event.

The event may proceed with alternative guests, substitute speakers, additional guests, revised content, or solely with THE OS hosts if circumstances require.

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, compensation, disputes, or claims of misrepresentation.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept that the value of the event is the overall gathering experience and not the appearance of any specific advertised guest, speaker, host, contributor, or topic.

RECORDING & MEDIA RELEASE

Portions of the event may be recorded for educational, promotional, marketing, podcast, website, social media, archival, or future content purposes.

By attending the event, participants acknowledge that comments, questions, display names, profile images, audio, video, or other forms of participation may appear in recordings, screenshots, promotional materials, or future content produced by THE OS.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content presented during the event, including but not limited to presentations, discussions, graphics, recordings, documents, branding, logos, artwork, music, educational materials, and downloadable content, remains the intellectual property of THE OS and its contributors.

No portion of the event may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished, recorded, sold, shared, transmitted, or distributed without prior written permission.
